BPTSP Launched Three New Services

Three new services are launched by One-Stop Integrated Service (BPTSP). It is hoped able to further simplify Jakarta residents in processing documents.

"This new service is a gift of New Year from BPTSP," expressed Head of Jakarta BPTSP Edi Junaedi Harahap, at City Hall, Tuesday (1/12).

Those services consist of Motor Permit Transfer (AJIB), Online Trade Business Permit (SIUP), and free architect service.

For AJIB service, the people who will process permit no longer need to come to the BPTSP office. Because as many as 200 officers will be sent to take the document or also known as jemput bola. They can contact at 164 call center to get service. "AJIB is the first service of resident in the world," he disclosed.

According to him, there have been six permits that could be served through such service. They are renewal of Expatriate Work Permit (IMTA), validation on renewal of Expatriate Employment Plan (RPTKA), Construction Services Permit (IUJK), Import Identity Number (API), research permit, and legalization of Building Technical Actor Permit (IPTB).

In future, permit that can be served is 16 types. But it is done gradually. Ten other permits are Animal Health Certificate (SKKH), Animal Health Products Certificate (SKKPH), Alcohol Beverages Trade Permit (SIUP-MB), and letters of recommendation income/expenses of animal products.

Then there are also letter of recommendation income/pets expenditure, recommendation letter for import of animal product, recommendation letter for animal feed import, recommendation letter for import and distributor of veterinary medicine, recommendation letter for inclusion of fishery product, as well as veterinary control number (NKV).

The service launching coincides with BPTSP's 1st anniversary. During this one year, they have issued 4,138,021 non- and permit services.
