BPTSP Targets No Complaint in Service

Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service Agency targets zero complaint in serving citizens. Currently, complaints from residents decreased gradually. Routine evaluation is also conducted towards PTSP in each urban village.

We target zero complaint. Not now. But the complaints keep decreased

"We target zero complaint. Not now. But the complaints keep decreased," said Head of Jakarta BPTSP, Edi Junaedi Harahap, Monday (10/19).

He recorded, there were 218 complaints in June then it decreased to be 165 complaints. In September ago, the complaints decreased drastically to be only 83 complaints. "We keep trying to decrease the number. Hopefully it will keep decreased," he hoped.

Rawa Badak PTSP will Be a Service Pilot

He claimed, the complaints conveyed in regional directly forwarded to provincial BPTSP. Thus it could be followed-up right away.

"So, the complaint from urban village sent to us. Every the end of month we keep evaluating which PTSP whose the complaint number is still high. That's we will fix," he explained.
