About 150 joint personnel together with local residents held a communal work at RW 01 Kayumanis, Matraman, East Jakarta. The target was a channel with 700 meter long which full of trash and mud.

Bambang Musyawardana, East Jakarta Mayor, said that the communal work was focused cleaning the channel. In fact, the channel must be refunctioned by local sub-dept. of water management due to thick mud.
“Channel is full of trash and mud,” he said, Sunday (1/17).

“This area is free from flood, but we have to prevent it early,” she stated.
