Joyce Jendrawati, (37), an occupant of Cipinang Besar Selatan Flat, at Block C 405, admitted he does not need to repeatedly ride public transport from her home to the workplace located in Jatibaru, Tanah Abang.

"Usually, I take public minivan in the front to get my office and should wait a long time. Sometimes, I take motorcycle taxi and it is expensive," she told.

She does mind about the feeder route that must stop at PGC Cililitan bus stop. But, she should go to the office early.

In future, she hoped the service remains operate. This is because the public minivan is difficult to be found at 4 PM, especially at rush hour. Thus she had to take motorcycle from Kebon Nanas intersection.
