Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama admitted his party already found an empty land as wide as 8,000 square meters in Tambora area, West Jakarta to build the flat with apartment facility.

Citizens who live in Tambora area will be offered to be moved to the flat.

"We have found the land in Tambora. We will pay the land soon and will be transformed into the flat," he stated, at City Hall, Wednesday (1/20).

He delivered, Tambora residents who have land certificate will be offered compensation in the form of one unit in the flat. That means, they who have land as wide as 100 square meters would get one unit in the flat as wide as 150 square meters or five units type 30 (30 square meters).
