Jakarta Transportation Department has done the recruitment of 700 personnel as traffic handling. Now, those new personnel are being trained in Ciwidey, Bandung, West Java.
Mostly, they will be deployed to manage traffic in the capital
Training which was started in early week is hoped to be done in two weeks. After that, they will be placed based on their ability under Jakarta Dept. of Transportation.
Andri Yansyah, head of the agency, said 310 people came from Sekolah Tinggi Transportasi Darat (STTD) around Indonesia, while the remaining people came from general education.
