Three Citizens in N. Jakarta Positively Suffered From Dengue Fever

Three citizens living in three urban villages, Tanjung Priok Sub-District, North Jakarta are positively suffering from dengue fever (DBD).

At this time, there are three dengue fever cases in North Jakarta. The case is found in three urban villages

Head of North Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-Department, Muhammad Helmi stated the three dengue fever patients are from Tanjung Priok Sub-District, Papanggo Urban Village, Kebon Bawang and Warakas.

"At this time, there are three dengue fever cases in North Jakarta. The case is found in three urban villages," he reported, Thursday (1/21).

Zero Dengue Fever Case, Makasar Sub-District Got Green Placard

Such data was recorded on January 1-20, 2016. As an anticipation, his sub-department hold a selective larvicidal simultaneously throughout North Jakarta. It will be conducted per three months.

"We also keep encouraging wiggler hunter (juru jumantik) in each region as well as involving local residents to do communal work through anti-mosquito campaign (PSN) and 3M," he stated.

According to the data, there were 1,056 cases in 2014 and 1 person died. And in 2015, there were 968 cases and 1 person died.
