Basuki Wants Double-Decker can Be Integrated with Train Station

Jakarta Governor Basuki T. Purnama wanted the double-decker to be integrated with train station Thus it can facilitate the employees to get the office.

"All train stations should be integrated with double-decker. Thus train passenger can ride the free bus from station," he expressed, when he launched bus city tour at City Hall, Monday (1/25).

He added that if the bus was included in e-catalog, PT Transjakarta will purchase the bus every year. Thus its existence can optimally serve the resident.

Double-Decker Priovided For Route Monas-Tanah Abang

"In future, the bus will rampant in the city. We hope the bus purchase could be included in e-catalog thus we can do purchase continuously," he hoped.

If the number is sufficient, the arrival schedule will be more definite. People do not need to wait longer. "Thus we can operate them in the morning and the bus schedule must also be mounted in the bus stop. Thus we could know when the bus comes," stated Basuki.

Until now, he assessed, there have 20 buses, either single or double-decker bus from private company.
