Double-Decker Bus Contributor Companies to Receive Free Ads Installation

Jakarta Governor Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama is offering some private companies to contribute double-decker bus and get compensation over free advertisement installation on the fleets.

"We make an offer for example from Coca Cola and Telkomsel that they can also enliven the city by double-decker buses," said Ahok, in front of the rank of the c ellular operator of Telkomsel after releasing thousands of homecomers, in Senayan, Tuesday (7/14). 

Ahok wants, each bus is filled with different theme. Even, it should be facilitated with free Wi-Fi. "So, each of bus should be filled with different theme and free Wi-Fi," he wanted. 

City Gets A Double-Decker Bus Donation

As for the contributor companies, there is a distinct advantage offered by Ahok. "It's expected there is LED on the bus, thus the product of the contributors can be displayed like on a billboard. Even cellular operator also be able to sell pulse inside the bus," he uttered. 

He told such program actually has been starting since President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo served as Jakarta Governor. 

"Previously, Mr. Jokowi loaded chairs along Sudirman-Thamrin, and I had no idea what is that for. It turned out on his mind, the chairs would eventually use by citizens watching carnival parade from double-decker buses," he uttered.
