Krendang Held Socialization About Water Channel Normalization

Tens of building owners standing on water channel that located at RW 07 Krendang Urban Village, Tambora Sub-District, West Jakarta are willing to demolish their building by themselves. They given a deadline until the end of this January.

According to legal mechanism, we obligated to hold socialization about demolishment plan to the building owner

Head of Krendang Urban Village, Andre Ravnic said, the agreement was obtained after passing through socialization conducted by his side and Tambora Sub-District Head, Djaharudin on Sunday (1/24) night.

"According to legal mechanism, we obligated to hold socialization about demolishment plan to the building owner," he expressed, Monday (1/25).

He disclosed, RW 07 citizens who have homes on water channel were willing to demolish the building by themselves.

"So, they have been agreed to demolish the building by themselves," he told.

Andre added that his side is going to carry out normalization after demolishment is done.

"Hopefully, the normalization could minimize puddles and flood during rainy season," he finished.
