Kramat Jati One Integrated Service (PTSP) prepares courier or Caraka officer to speed the service. Caraka officer will pick document in sub-district to be delivered to urban village up to province level.

Rusyadi, PTSP officer, said that courier are taken from freelancer.
“This service will ease the citizens much,” he said, Wednesday (1/27).
Citizens Praised Tanjung Priok PTSPBesides delivering the document, courier will also pick up PTSP form.
Caraka officer must create daily report related to document delivery. This service is totally free for the citizen.
