PTSP Service Is Much Better Than Before, Says Citizen

As we know, the city administration keeps advancing public service like One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) in the capital. Evidently, the service gets appreciation from local citizens in Kemayoran Urban Village, Central Jakarta. They admitted, the licensing process has now become easier and its performance increased by 80 percent.

But now, the service has been promising

As experienced by Arif (23), one of Kemayoran citizens, the licensing process is much better than before. "Previously, I had to wait months to process ID card. But now, the service has been promising," he expressed, Thursday (1/21).

Jakartans: PTSP Service Is Faster and Easier

Similar statement was also stated by Prayitno (45), a citizen of Kemayoran. According to him, the PTSP has minimized corruption potential during licensing process. "Overall, the service is much better than before or increased between 70-80 percent," he expressed.
