Crossing Channel at Jl Iskandar Muda Drained

A crossing channel that located at Jl Sultan Iskandar Muda, Kebayoran Lama, has finally been drained. Within one week, the local officer managed to pick up around 1,000 garbage and mud sacks

According to Joli Susanto, Head of South Jakarta Water Management Sub-dept said puddle at Jl Sultan Iskandar Muda cannot recede optimally because the channel strewn by mud and hindered utility. To handle it, his officer immediately drained the channel.

After being drained, he promised to routinely check the channel as long as 50 meters. He also urged locals to be care for the surrounding environment by not throwing garbage into the channel.
