Guided Street Vendor in West Jakarta Increased 100 Percent

Assistant of West Jakarta Economic and Administration, Sri Yuliani Saraswaty said that the number of street vendor in West Jakarta has increased up to 100 percent. Period 2014-2015, as many as 1,275 vendors occupied 19 guidance and temporary locations.

"This year, as many as 2,473 vendors who occupied 53 guidance and temporary locations has been stipulated in Mayor Decree No. 228/2015. SK and is valid for two years and compliance with the rules over levy charge by Rp 3,000 per day in accordance with Jakarta Gubernatorial Regulation No. 10/2015," she said, Wednesday (1/27).

Responding on this matter, her side is about to review the new guidance location that was filed by eight headmen. One of them is at Jalan Raya Peta Selatan, Kalideres.
