Central Jakarta Water Management Sub-dept normalized water channel on Jalan Serdang Raya, Serdang Urban Village, Kemayoran Sub-District, Central Jakarta. The normalization is targeted to be complete in the upcoming February.
Last normalization was conducted in 2014
Yursid Suryanegara, Head of Central Jakarta Water Management Sub-dept disclosed besides from public aspiration, normalization is also done due to mud pile. Thus water spills out into the street when rain poured.
"Last normalization was conducted in 2014," he told, Friday (1/29).
Channel in Kayumanis CleanedAccording to him, it is started from north side of channel as long as 600 meters and targeted to be complete in February.
"We send 60 officers who are divided into three teams and until now they have picked up 9,000 sacks of mud," he finished.
