PD Pasar Jaya plans to encourage three markets to get the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) award from National Standardization Agency (BSN). Those are deemed to be viable, either in term of infrastructure or facility to get the certificate.

Thus far three markets already get SNI certificate. They are Pondok Indah, Manggis, and Cibubur. We also plan to encourage 10 other markets

"Thus far three markets already get SNI certificate. They are Pondok Indah, Manggis, and Cibubur. We also plan to encourage 10 other markets," expressed Agus Lamun, Assistant Manager of PD Pasar Jaya's Public Relations, Thursday (2/4).

According to him, the markets have supporting facilities, such as clinic, lactation room, library and waste composting facility.

"Its stall design is also good already, including periodic supervision from Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BPOM)," he told.

Those 10 markets are Koja Baru, Cikini Ampiun, Mayestik, Baru, Jatinegara, Glodok, Tomang Barat, Enjo, Cijantung and Pesanggrahan.
