E-Budgeting was Refused in 2014

Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, admitted that e-budgeting implementation in 2014 was almost refused. Several Regional Local Units (SKPD) were reluctant to fill the system.

Later on, Basuki replaced Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda) to skip the stealth budget. In fact, there was still UPS procurement worth Rp 6 billion.
