Handling Complaint, Transjakarta Prepares Special Team

PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta)’s service always get complaint from user via Qlue application.

Every second, every minute, personnel must report the complaint

Prasetya Budi, PT Transportasi Jakarta Public Relation, said that his side prepare special team to handle complaint. Four contract-personnel are recruited to monitor complaint on Qlue. Those four personnel are divided into two divisions, operational and facility.

“Every second, every minute, personnel must report the complaint,” he said, Tuesday (2/9).

Project of Transjakarta Bus Flyover, Leads Road Damage

He assessed that this team is effective to respond the complaint. It is hoped the service could go to top three on Qlue.
