Project of Transjakarta Bus Flyover, Leads Road Damage

Heru Suwondo, Head of Jakarta Bina Marga Department’s Overpass and Intersection Division said that the overpass construction for Transjakarta bus plying Corridor XIII (Ciledug-Kapten Tendean) has damaged some road.

It happens from west side until east side, precisely from Jalan Adam Malik, Pesanggrahan until Jalan Kapten Tendean, Mampang, South Jakarta.

“We have repaired the damaged road that caused by overpass construction,” he stated, Monday (2/8).

He delivered the repair was carried out to smoothen traffic under the project location and congestion can be avoided. The damage itself is because the connection between the rigid asphalt roads cannot withstand the vehicle load and pile construction.
