South Jakarta Administration blames utility as the trigger of inundation in its area. Many utilities are placed inside the water channel and disturbs the flow.

“Our effort cleaning the channel is never stop, but the cable obstructed the water flow,” said Irmansyah, South Jakarta Vice Mayor, Monday (2/15).
According to him, the mayor has instructed his side to send the picture related to utility inside the channel. Then the picture will be sent private parties for further process.
Utility Triggers Puddle in Ragunan“Mayor has asked us sending the picture to PLN and Telkom. Now we must find win-win solution for this matter,” he added.
