Jakarta Head of Planning and Evaluation for Dept. of City Spatial Planning, Gentur Wisnubaroto, explained building license for Kalijodo area would not be issued since it is a green open space area.
If the land is owned by resident, city administration would buy it
“Mapping has been done in 2014. Green for open space, blue for water channel, red for office building, and etc,” he said, Friday (2/19).
Kalijodo area which is flanked by West Flood Canal and Krendang River is designed for green open space. Resident can not legalize any building standing on green lane.
