Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Dept will color 150 alleys that spread in resident residential in Jakarta with city agriculture land.

According to Diah Meidiante, Head of Agriculture Section, Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Dept, city agriculture lands will be carried out in five cities and one district in Jakarta.

"This city agriculture land will be programmed at every alley. Here, we give locals plant facilities that can be consumed," she stated, Monday (2/22).

There are also some plants that will be developed, ranging from red onion, red pepper, moringa and toga. Later on, her side also intends to provide several facilities thus it can be styled in front of house and its wall.

"As the initial stage, we start in East Jakarta that falls in the upcoming April. There have been 16 alleys recorded so far," she told.

Besides that, Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Dept has also prepared some instructors to help locals for developing such plants.
