City to Summon Retail Association Regarding Pay for Plastic Bag

The city administration plans to summon the Retail Association in the capital in order to follow up instruction of Environment and Forestry Ministry number: S.1230/PSLB3-PS/2016 on price and mechanism of pay for plastic bag.
