We've summoned the heads for factual control management. Giving the verification to every school is the right thing

Jakarta Head Dept. of Education, Lasro Marbun, said the verification was carried out by the chief section in sub-district level. It is assessed ineffective and too far away.

ICW Meets Basuki to Discuss KJP Program

"We've summoned the heads for factual control management. Giving the verification to every school is the right thing," he said, Friday (4/11).

According to him, verification process through section head has many trouble. "We only have 88 section heads, while they have to take care of 3,279 state school students added with 7,108 private school students," he added.

Changing the verification system is aimed to minimize any fraud. Moreover, schools side, pricinpals and teachers have more time to verify the students.

Related to ICW's research regarding 13 thousand illegal recipients, he admitted that the department will undergo verification.

"We'll go to ICW to take the data, as well as to Ombudsman and other law organizations for searching data," he stated.
