The city administration keeps arranging the Pluit Reservoir area, Penjaringan, North Jakarta. Besides greening and repairing reservoir, they will build a superblock as economic center and residential.

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama said, additional levee as long as 1.8 km will be built in coastal areas around the reservoir. According to him, it will increase the land area of 10 hectares.

"On that land, we will build superblock that is similar to Greenbay. There will also be the fish warehouse at downstair, where two floors for street vendors and the next floor for the flat," he said, on the sidelines of the inauguration of the City Police's Satrolda Ditpolair Headquarter, in Pluit Reservoir, Penjaringan, Saturday (2/27).

He furthered the flat is dedicated to local citizens or army and police, thus not far from the office.

"They just pay Rp 15,000 per day to occupy the flat. Its supervision must be tightened as flat transaction anticipatory," he finished.
