Landslide, Traffic in Jl Dahlia Bintaro Diverted

Following rain downpour, a landslide occurred at wall fence belongs to citizen that located at Jalan Dahlia, RT 09/03 Bintaro Urban Village, Pesanggarahan, South Jakarta, Monday (2/29) night.

Allegedly, landslide is due to incessant rain

Bintaro Urban Village Head, Dimas Prayudi said, landslide broke out at around 7 PM. Despite there was no casualty, but the disaster has blocked access road.

"Allegedly, landslide is due to incessant rain. Considering the wall is already old," he expressed, Monday (2/29) night.

Citizens Living Near Cliff must Be Vigilant of Landslide

Due to covered with wall material, Pesanggarahan Sector Police had to close Jl Dahlia from Jalan RC Veteran towards Pondok Pinang. For the motorist heading to Pondok Pinang, has been diverted to Jl Deplu Raya.

Until now, officer of Pesanggrahan Sub-district's Cleanliness Section, South Jakarta Water Management Sub-dept and Bintaro Urban Village PPSU are still cleaning the road from landslide material. 

"We're still trying to cleaning landslide material from the road thus the road can be passed," he disclosed.
