A three story house in PLN complex, Jalan Asia Afrika No. 3A, Grogol Utara Urban Village, was sealed by Kebayoran Lama City Spatial Planning officer due to inappropriate with license.

Cindy Pangastuti, agency’s head section, admitted the height is not appropriate with the license. According to building permit document, the building should be built in form of basement with two storey. In fact, the building is added one floor and a room for household.
“The building has been sealed and no one could enter for working the project. Next week we’ll demolish the building,” said Cindy, Tuesday (3/1).
