He annoyed to that school which managed by City Education Dept. since the parents always complaint the high fee administration.
Education Department Records Excess of Rp 700 Billion Budget“The students from lower class cannot enroll to that school due to high fee administration. Outstanding students from lower class cannot enroll to that school,” he explained.
Basuki acknowledged the education fee of this school located on Jalan Bambu Wulung, Cipayung, East Jakarta, is same with the college fee of a prestigious private higher education.
"The concept of this school needs to be fixed, it’s unfair for the poor. For the rich-parents-students if they want to look for prestigious school, go for private institutions then,” he stated.
This former of East Belitung Regent hoped that SMAN Unggulan MH Thamrin could be enjoyed by all excellent students in the city. “If the fee reduces, it could be proposed to official regional budget,” finished Basuki while warn any person who look for private beneficial from this school.
