Tens of stall and cart belonged to street vendors (PKL) beside City walk, Jalan Karet Pasar Baru Timur 5, Karet Tengsin Urban Village, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, were controlled by Satpol PP personnel, Wednesday (3/2).

Ikhsan Kamil, Karet Tengsin Urban Village Head, said the control was held based on citizens’ report who get disturbed with street vendors existence which caused traffic jam.

4 PKL's Main Targets ControlledHis side deployed 50 personnel; 40 Satpol PP personnel, five police personnel, two army personnel, and three urban village apparatus.
“Those carts were taken to Satpol PP warehouse in Cakung,” he added.
