Australia Helps to Develop Jakarta Transportation

The presence of Australian Ambassador for Indonesia, Paul Grigson to PT Transjakarta today, Thursday (3/3) related to the assistance given to this transport company. Assistance is provided via Indonesia Infrastructure Initiative (Indi), under the auspices of the Australian Aid.

While, Head of Infrastructure Initiative Indonesia Program, Tom Elliot disclosed, his side has cooperated with PT Transjakarta since 4 months ago. The program is doing in this Transjakarta is the street sanitation, infrastructure and public transport. All this is done for the convenience of Transjakarta bus passengers.

"We only focus on transportation and this cooperation that has been ongoing four months. We also help in formation of BUMD Transjakarta," he closed.
