Basuki Appreciates Bekasi in Using Qlue

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama appreciates the Bekasi Administration in using Qlue application. It is expected able to be used by whole province, city until regency all over Indonesia.

"Indeed, we are trying to promote Qlue in regions all over Indonesia," he said, at City Hall, Thursday (3/3).

He reminds, the application requires role from the relevant authorities such as headman. Thus the public complaints quickly followed up. "The important thing is headman can be interested. Of course, application must be set," he expressed.

Qlue Helped to Solve Jakartans’ Complaint

Through Qlue, local government could also undertake an assessment of the performance of every headman. If they have yet to handle the complaint, the application will show red color, in process with yellow color and finish with green color. The city administration has been using this application for the past year.
