Here Are Differences Between Jakarta and Singapore

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama said, although Jakarta development wants to emulate Singapore, but the handling on the public was surely different.

The city administration will provide a flat rate by Rp 5,000-Rp 15,000 per day. To occupy the flat, every person must be domiciled in accordance with units that are occupied and cannot be transferred to another person.

Basuki asserted, those are exempted from the payment of land and building tax (PBB) with tax value of properties (NJOP) below Rp 1 billion.

"I just want to maintain them here, because we care," he finished.
