Sidewalk on Jalan Jaksa Occupied by Street Vendors

Dozens of street vendor still occupying sidewalk along Jalan Jaksa, Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta. The condition is complained by pedestrians.

If the condition lasts for long time, they would come back

Rijal (31), one of private company workers, wondered why stalls are not transported by related units. Mostly the stalls have been left by the owners.

“If the condition lasts for long time, they would come back,” he said, Friday (3/11).

Nana (26), another pedestrian, requested the related units to control the stalls. Similar effort should not only apply for protocol roads only.

“Please enforce law fully,” he stated.
