West Jakarta Sub-dept. of City Planning demolished a store-house on Jalan Menara IV Kav. DKI block 153, Meruya Selatan Urban Village, Kembangan Sub-district, Tuesday (3/15). One heavy equipment was deployed to complete the demolition.
The building has no license issued by Kembangan PTSP
Fadjar Indradi, Head Section of Controlling for West Jakarta Sub-dept. of City Planning, admitted warning letter had been delivered since January 21 up to demolishment letter on January 28, 2016.
“The building has no license issued by Kembangan PTSP,” he said.
A Four-Story Building in Grogol Utara DemolishedPreviously, Kembangan PTSP also denied to issue license for the building based on article 609 verse 2 section S Bylaw No. 1/2014 about Spatial Planning and Zoning.
