Jakarta Provincial Government plans to construct communal septic tank in RW 04, Semper Barat, Cilincing, North Jakarta. Later on, communal latrine would accommodate residents in 100 houses.

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, explained the plan is based on many residential in dense population areas have no latrine. This condition causes dirty environment due to defecating carelessly.
