Siskamling Intensified to Monitor Illegal Race on Jalan Antasari

The Cipete Utara Urban Village apparatus, Cilandak, South Jakarta intensifies a siskamling (community patrols) against illegal street racing along Jalan Pangeran Antasari. 

I've asked citizen to do siskamling in RW 03, 08, 11, 06, 09 and 10

"I've asked citizen to do siskamling in RW 03, 08, 11, 06, 09 and 10. In these areas, we involve Satpol PP, village supervisory non-commissioned officer (Babinsa), police public order officer (Babinkamtibmas) plus citizen. It is done every day," said Budi Santoso, Head of Cipete Utara Urban Village. Wednesday (3/16).

He assessed, such illegal race usually begins at 2-4 AM, from intersection of Jalan Abdul Majid towards Kemang Village.

"We already installed a banner and spread circulation letter regarding street race ban. Siskamling at night, will involve the Police Communication and Community Forum and Early Detection Communication Forum," he stated.

Previously, on Tuesday (315) dawn, there were two people died on Jalan Antasari after they drove at a high speed and then hit median road.
