Hundreds of building above water channel on Jalan Kalianyar 10, Tambora, West Jakarta were dismantled by joint personnel, Wednesday (3/16).
The control is done responding governor’s instruction to demolish all building above water channel
Djaharudin, Tambora Sub-district Head, said there are 280 buildings demolished today. Those are in RW 02, 06, 07, 08, and 09 Kalianyar Urban Village.
“The control is done responding governor’s instruction to demolish all building above water channel,” he said.
He ensured his side will demolish all building without any exception.
Post demolition, West Jakarta Sub-dept. of Water Management would refunction the channel.
“We’re optimistic after refunction the puddle would decrease,” he added
