Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama instructs the whole echelon-II official to draw up its own priority program in the 2017 City Budget (APBD). Thus they could know which program that will be prioritized during evaluation.

"The big problem is the program set by another side. This year, I want them to draw up its own priority program," he stated, on the sidelines of Public Consultation Forum for city working plan (RKPD) 2017, at City Hall, Thursday (3/17).

He believes 2017 APBD arrangement would be better compared to this year. Considering the Regional Development Planning Forums (musrenbang) has been running electronically. "Next year, it will be better. We do this for citizens," he stated.

He hoped the regional working unit (SKPD) already know the vision and mission that the current run. Some useless activities such as socializing and understanding will be deleted.

"All auctions must be consolidated. And the small parties join us. If not, our system will get messed up," he disclosed.
