115 Locations Inventoried for Flat Construction

The city administration is finalizing the preparation of flat construction in the capital. So far, there have been 115 locations prepared for its construction.

Those lands are mostly empty, there will also be a market changed into the flat

Jakarta Housing and Government Building Dept Head, Ika Lestari Adji disclosed flat construction will stand on government land and lands that spread in five cities and one district.

With details, she stated, those lands are spread in 27 locations (North Jakarta), 26 locations (West Jakarta), 15 locations (Central Jakarta), 34 locations (East Jakarta), 12 locations (South Jakarta) and 1 location (Tidung Island, Seribu Islands). 

"Those lands are mostly empty, there will also be a market changed into the flat, including army/police land but we donate to them," she told.

As planned, the location would be proposed for flat construction in 2017 and so on.
