Due to it is violating building permit (IMB), West Jakarta Spatial Planning Sub-dept tore down a warehouse at Jalan Tanjung Pura, RT 01/RW 02, Pegadungan, Kalideres.

"We demolish the building because it has been used as warehouse. Surely it has been violated the IMB," said Agung Wijonarko, Head of Kalideres Sub-district Spatial Planning Section, Thursday (3/17).
He expressed, prior to demolishment, the warning letter until demolishment warrant had been sent to the owner on December 22, 2015.

He urges Kalideres citizens to process the IMB first before building a home.
"Please obey the rule of building permit," he stressed.
