Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama predicted Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) operation would delay from its early schedule. Land buying process disturbs the schedule.

“The development is already in progress, but we have problem with land buying process. Its operation would start in 2019,” he said, Friday (3/18).
Land buying process is needed for MRT elevated lane on Jalan Raya Fatmawati, South Jakarta. The late operation is also caused by error printing of green box by the contractor.

Basuki asked PT MRT director to stay focus in monitoring the project to prevent mistakes. Basuki assessed the director only focused with ceremonial event rather than monitoring the project.
