"Waste bank has economic value that can increase citizen income," said Head of Pekojan Urban Village, Tri Prasetyo Utomo, Sunday (3/20).
Prasetyo stated, the bank could reduce waste volume that disposed to Bantar Gebang Landfill, Bekasi.

He added that waste from waste bank can be made in forms of handycraft or souvenir, facility and sanitation media, like folter ceramic, portable biogreen, septic tank and composter.
