At least 20 school buses have been sent to pick up the stranded passengers in Kampung Melayu Terminal, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, Tuesday (3/22). Head of School Bus Transport Management Unit (Upas), Jakarta Transportation Dept, Mohammad Insaf disclosed, the bus serves three routes.

They are Kampung Melayu-Senen, Kampung Melayu-Tanah Abang and Kampung Melayu-Kampung Rambutan. As planned, they will be seconded until night.

Farid, (30), admitted he had to wait an hour to get public transport with Tanah Abang route. With the school bus, his activity been helped.

"I had waited Mikrolet 44 until one hour, but they did not come. Alhamdulillah (Praise God), there is school bus which willing to serve me to Tanah Abang," he admitted.
