Seribu Islands Regency Administration already had a dismissal decree from Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama against four civil servants under regency, related to indiscipline.

"We have already dismissal decree, we just give to the relevant. Perhaps, we submit the decree today," expressed Ismer Harahap, Secretary of Seribu Islands Regency, Thursday (3/24).

According to him, it is done because those four civil servants were not discipline, that is absent without explanation more than 49 days.

"Sanction was taken as deterrent effect, and not imitate the bad things," he stated.

He added that sanction is based on Presidential Regulation No. 53/2010 on Civil Servant Discipline 14 on State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The four civil servants that will be dismissed are from regency and sub-district offices.
