Tens of buildings violated license in South Jakarta were controlled during March.
Ignoring our warning means they are agree for demolition
Tri Kurniadi, South Jakarta Mayor, admitted that 53 buildings are targeted to be controlled this month. In the last two weeks, his side had controlled 19 buildings through Sub-dept. of City Spatial Planning.
“Before controlling the buildings, our personnel had delivered warning letter,” he said, Saturday (3/26).
Violating IMB, 122 Buildings DemolishedAccording to him, the building owners have been given chance to process the permit. If not, his side will surely demolish the buildings.
“Ignoring our warning means they are agree for demolition,” he added.
South Jakarta Administration has issued warning letter for 177 buildings without building permit (IMB), and 109 of them have been sealed.
