South Jakarta Sub-dept. of Water Management deployed excavators to dredge mud at Oasis reservoir on Jalan Prapanca Raya, Kebayoran Baru.
Mud thickness is one meter
Holi Susanto, head of agency, admitted that mud thickness on reservoir is one meter.
“Mud thickness is one meter. We can not deepen the reservoir since it is not natural reservoir,” he said, Tuesday (3/29).
Uangan River Dredged from MudHis side has coordinated with PT Copylas as the land owner for this dredging project. There are three gates at the reservoir. After dredging project is complete, his side will manage water flow through the gates.
It is hoped puddle on Jalan Pulo Raya in Petogogan could be minimized. His side targeted to complete the project in the next 1.5 months.
