Dike construction in northern Jakarta area will be run soon. Execution for buildings impacted by the project will start the progress.

Teguh Hendrawan, Jakarta Head Dept. of Water Management, said there are three settlements to be executed. Those are around Kamal Muara, Kali Blencong Marunda and Pasar Ikan.

“This project is part of National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCID). The project is aimed to anticipate tidal wave threats,” he closed.
