Basuki Ready to Meet KPK Summons

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama, was ready to meet summons from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to give explanation related to case faced by Chairman of Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) Commission D, M Sanusi.

He was is also willing to give important data in the investigation process. Thus it is expected to facilitate the Commission in solving the bribery case that also involves the developer company, PT Agung Podomoro Land.

Basuki added that he was not directly involved in the discussion of draft bylaw (raperda) on Zoning of Coastal Areas and coastal islands. He only did policy disposition. But it was committed by City Secretary, Saefullah and Head of Jakarta Development Planning Board (Bappeda), Tuty Kusumawati.
"I wans't involved. I just do policy disposition. KPK will summon them I think. If the matter relates to me, they will summon me too," he disclosed.
