Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama acknowledged that he was disappointed with the Management Office (KPK) Monas which is deemed cannot draft budget well.

It began when he ordered the Monas KPK to install thousands lamps using 2016 budget. Yet, the proposed budget was only Rp 12 billion. According to calculation result, the budget should be Rp 35 billion.
"The KPK Monas cannot draft budget. I want the lamps to be installed in Monas like in Singapore. They only think the budget is only Rp 12 billion, but it must be Rp 35 billion," he expressed, on the sidelines of executive meeting (Rapim), at City Hall, Monday (1/11).
Basuki Targets Jakarta One Card Launched in 2017The budget amounting to Rp 35 billion, has included network reparation Rp 3 billion, 128 lamp poles Rp 1.5 billion, plaza and park lamps Rp 24 billion, as well as 1,000 lamps for 500 big trees Rp 3 billion.
