Basuki disclosed that principally the whol regional working unit (SKPD/UKPD) already know about the pattern of development in Jakarta. That is the target is integral human development. All activities conducted at this time, is part of the increase in human development.

He also reminds many development programs of reservoir and RPTRA in East Jakarta. This effort is made to encourage Jakartans hold on healthy living, interact with each other and have a high social value.
